Payment has to be done through online payment gateway i.e. Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or UPI for booking the appointment.

You will have the option of scheduling a new appointment. If you want a refund of your payment, kindly contact our support team at support@neuralintegrity.com and the refund will be processed within 2 weeks.

We will notify you within 24 hours regarding confirmation of appointment or rescheduling based on doctors availability. If the rescheduled appointment is not acceptable to you, write to our support team at support@neuralintegrity.com and we will reschedule your appointment.

Video consultations have a time limit of 30mins. The consulting doctor may extend the time if required.

It includes an appointment for 1 video consultations or 1 OPD consultation (Meeting), which is valid for a period of 10 days. You will have option of a follow up consultation within 10 day period.

From your account, go to Manage Appointment. You can renew any of your previous appointments by clicking on "Renew Consultation".

We will reschedule a fresh appointment for you.
