Payment can be made through online payment gateway either at the time of booking appointment or later through online payment gateway. You can also pay through Cash or Cheque deposit, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS Transfer to our bank account, details of which will be sent to you through email or message on request.

You will have the option of scheduling a new appointment. If you want a refund of your payment, kindly contact our support team at support@neuralintegrity.com and the refund will be processed within 2 weeks.

We will notify you within 24 hours regarding confirmation of appointment or rescheduling based on doctors availability. If the rescheduled appointment is not acceptable to you, write to our support team at support@neuralintegrity.com and we will reschedule your appointment.

Video consultations have a time limit of 30mins. The consulting doctor may extend the time if required.

It includes an appointment for 2 video consultations and 1 OPD consultation (Meeting), which is valid for a period of 15 days. You may use any of these, in the time period of 15 days as per your requirement.

From your account, go to Manage Appointment. You can renew any of your previous appointments by clicking on "Renew Consultation".

We will reschedule a fresh appointment for you.
